Yoga for Beginners
This class intelligently introduces you to the basics of yoga. Beginner and Level 1 Teachers are rigorously trained to give you the expertise expected in a yoga class. They provide you a safe environment to learn. In a fun and rewarding method, students will safely learn how to do standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions. An empowering and fulfilling way for students practice yoga.
Beginner and Intermediate
Poses will be given in various stages to accommodate different bodies, conditions, and practitioners. Props that are helpful are 2 blocks, 3 blankets, chair, bolster, and a strap. For those practicing at home, if you do not have these props, household items can be substituted as well. These classes will focus on standing poses, supported Asanas, few inversions and Pranayama for complete relaxation to promote emotional stability.
