LYFE Yoga may offer a Free Class. Free Classes are transferable but expire in 30 days from 'purchase' date. No exceptions.

Yes! Of course, but please keep in mind that each of you must register for class.

From time to time, the student may be ask to furnish additional identification for verification of authenticity.

Yes. Single Class and Class Series expirations are based upon purchase date. Single classes expire in 30 days from purchase. Class Series most often expire in 6 months; however, students can extend the expiry date of their class series another 6 months by buying a single class, a series or a membership.

At this time we are not participating with any third party platforms or e-commerce marketplace discounted studio services.

We recommend sending a message from the contact page of the website. If the question has anything to do with your registration, please text or call us using the number found at the bottom of our website or your registration receipt. We will get back to you as quickly as we can.

Our online classes are streamed through Zoom. The student needs a free Zoom account to take class. Once the student registers for class, the student will receive a confirmation email containing a link and password to access the class on the Zoom platform. Students who unsubscribe from email updates for schedule changes must have their subscriptions turned on to receive confirmation emails.

Currently, to reserve a class, tap or click HERE. In the schedule tap or click the BOOK button next to the class you wish to attend and follow the prompts. A LYFE Yoga MindBody account is required.

Online classes are presented through Zoom. For the best viewing options, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer. Please have your Zoom ID reflect the name you use for booking the class.

Yes. All students attending class must register (BOOK) and pay before the start of class. We ask that all persons signup and pay for class at least 30 minutes before the start of classes or event. We do not allow unpaid reservations.

Due to the impermanence of life, if a class is cancelled because the instructor or teacher does not show up after 10 minutes from the schedule start time, the student will receive one free class. This free class will be added to the student's account and will expire in 30 days as described in our expiration policy. The free class may only be used for the type of class that was cancelled. For example, an online class will be for only free for another online class.

We request students wear appropriate clothing for yoga, pranayama and meditation. Tights, sweat suits, gym shorts, t-shirts and tank tops are all acceptable. Street clothes/shoes, jeans, socks and no slip socks are not considered acceptable clothing options. These items severely limit mobility, prevent the teacher from offering adjustments and could cause injury.

If the student is craving and needs to eat before class, we strongly recommend that students eat a minimum of 2 hours before taking class and avoid drinking any beverage about an 1 hour before and during class. If attending in person classes, students cannot keep/bring or consume food or beverages in class, except as specified for special community events. Water or tea in an appropriate container is acceptable.

The schedule of classes and events is available on our class schedule page. These times and teachers are subject to reasonable adjustments and may be changed for reason including but not limited to holidays, special occasions, technological or maintenance purposes.

If the student is just starting out, we strongly recommend taking a Beginner or Level 1 Class. If the student has been taking class for years, we strongly encourage students to continue with a beginner or level 1 class to keep informing the basic foundations for the asana class.

Yes. LYFE reserves the right to make changes at any time to the type or quantity of classes or workshops, Facilities and/or Equipment and Props offered.

For our online classes, we recommend that each student have 1 yoga mat, 1 yoga block, 1 yoga strap, two or three blankets or beach towels and a chair. If you do not have a yoga chair, a kitchen chair or regular folding chair will work for most practices. If the student would like to purchase props, our store front will launch by early fall. Thanks for your patience.

Yes. We offer students a chance to watch recorded, live-streamed classes through our subscription plan. We have two tiers: All Access Single Teacher and All Access Multi Teacher. Each tier gives you access to the live-streamed classes for 1 (Single Teacher) or all (MultiTeacher) and their recordings. The recordings are found in your own personal learning library. When you subscribe you will receive a link to access your library.

Currently, we are renting a dance studio in Hermosa Beach. You Can Dance Studio is located at: 1089 Aviation Blvd. Hermosa Beach, CA 90254.

We strongly encourage students to keep their video on to provide the student with the best possible experience.

There are no refunds for Single Classes, Class Series or Subscriptions.

If a student is unable to attend class, please early cancel to avoid being charged for the class. To early cancel, please go our Mindbody online platform. LYFE enforces a minimum 2 hour early cancel prior to the start of class and 48 hours for outdoor or workshop events. If a student reserves a class and fails to cancel the student will be charged and/or forfeit a session for the class. If a student reserves a workshop or event and fails to cancel 48 hours in advance, the student will be charged and/or forfeit a session.

No. Under most circumstances, Class Series or Memberships are not-transferable. Exceptions are listed in your membership or sales Terms and Conditions. Single classes may be transferred to anyone.
