A gentle yoga moves through breath-centered postures with awareness to help focus and bring ease into the body. The practice will include standing poses and supported restorative pose that allows the breath to expand and move more freely, tapping into the healing aspects of the yoga practice!
A healing yoga practice that allows body, mind, and spirit to relax deeply while creating a meditative quality of awareness. This class will use props to support you in restorative yoga postures. Supported forward bends, back bends and twists provide the necessary support for all levels of students to experience the ease that can be found in yoga.
