Our Farmhouse Property
We will be staying in an ancient village built on the hilltop of Monte Subasio, in Assisi. A renovated Farmhouse, two Manor Houses and large private yoga room are nestled in a quiet area allowing you time to settle, unwind and center. The rustic farmhouse-style appointed rooms will ground our retreat while the surrounding farms inspire our meals and provide the backdrop for our practice.
Conveniently close to Assisi and neighboring ancient hilltop towns, this beautiful location is the perfect place to unwind while also offering plenty of options to get out on your own and fully immerse yourself in the local history and culture. Experience the food scene, people watch at a café, explore nearby hiking trails or indulge in a bit of shopping; it’s all just a quick scenic drive away.

Included: 6 nights/ 7 days, transfers to and from the local airport, 2 yoga practices per day, yoga mats and yoga blankets, a full daily breakfast, a welcome reception, welcome and farewell dinners, and a private meditation and sitting area for members of our retreat to gather throughout the week.

The restaurant at The Farmhouse serves delicious Umbrian dishes, crafted with care and using locally sourced, organic ingredients. From cured meats to handcrafted bread and pasta, every bite is a taste of tradition. Artisanal beer, steeped in monastic tradition, adds a unique touch to the dining experience. The Farmhouse maintains a strong focus on sustainable agriculture, ensuring that every meal not only delights the palate but also nurtures a deep connection to the environment.

Payments
A $500 non-refundable cash deposit is required to hold your spot on the trip. You may use Venmo, Paypal or Zelle. QR codes will be provided upon registration.
The final balance payment is due by August 3, 2024. If you cancel before the final balance deadline we will refund any payments you have made, minus the non-refundable deposit. If you register for the trip after August 3, 2024, the full payment amount is due at sign-up. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable after August 3, 2024.
