“…illuminates the fear-based beliefs and assumptions that undermine love and lead to suffering and drama in our relationships. Ruiz shows us how to heal our emotional wounds, recover the freedom and joy that are our birthright, and restore the spirit of playfulness that is vital to loving relationships.”

  • 4:45 - 7:00am

an early morning kundalini meditation/chanting practice

the october and november sadhanas will be led by Tara Nishan Kaur (Silvia Peluso)

this free offering is on the last friday of each month.

    10/27   4:45 – 7:00 am

This practice will continue through the year: November 24th, December 29th.

The Aquarian Sadhana is practiced by Kundalini Yoga communities across the world. Doing sadhana in a group develops group consciousness. A group sadhana practice amplifies the impact of the meditation. Yogi Bhajan said that group meditation not only adds to individual effort, but multiplies it.

Sadhana can be done as a group or individually. The ideal is to join in a group practice AND cultivate your individual practice as well. Yogi Bhajan gave us the Aquarian Sadhana in 1992 to take us through the transition into the Aquarian Age. This sadhana prepares our psyches to excel in the new environments and coming decades.

The Aquarian Sadhana attunes your gunas, your chakras, and your mind to the change of the Age. We will need intuition, stamina, both physical and mental, self-awareness, and a new depth of spiritual experience that can hold our identity in the face of global changes, relentless competition, information overload, and ecological and environmental challenges.

    sunday, november 5

    $65 prepaid / $75 day of workshop

a combined practice that includes gentle yoga, mindful breathing, restorative postures and Tibetan singing bowls

Sound meditation will be sequenced to allow us to become grounded and centered. By pairing restorative yoga postures with the singing bowls meditation, we can relax, let go of tension and rest the mind. When deeply relaxed, we can connect more intensely to the moment and more fully experience the meditation. By listening deeply to each sound as it happens, we use the sounds of the bowls as a tool for cultivating awareness and centering the mind in complete absorption.
