We’re excited to be rolling out our Fall Schedule of classes starting Sunday, October 18, with new offerings online and more options that may work better with your schedule: Whether it’s practicing early to center yourself before the start of your workday… Later in the morning after you’ve had a chance to take care of the urgent obligations for yourself and maybe your loved ones… In the afternoon to re-center yourself or recharge before heading into the evening… Or at the end of the day to release tension and wind down for a more settled evening.
As we head into Fall, some of us are settling into new schedules and commitments, for work, school, with family or community. Some of us are continuing to explore and reinvent what our “new normal” might be. We do this all while navigating our relationship with the pandemic, upcoming election, and the urgency of social and environmental issues that demand our attention or energy. Some of us may have even come through with a clearer understanding of what it is that we need at a deeper, personal level to nurture and nourish ourselves while supporting our loved ones and each other in our communities.
If yoga grounds and centers you, replenishes you or connects you to what is important in life, and helps you take on all the other work you have to do, let us help you find a way to make it a part of your daily life.
Keep an eye out for our new schedule, which will be posted soon, as well as our pilot outdoor classes starting in November. In the meantime, make sure you sign up for your classes this week today!
We look forward to seeing you in class.
